During the retreat, we will make our way inside to the place where we are allowed to be in silence. It is a step from everyday life to the to find a familiar connection to the self. This journey can be full of surprising mental obstacles. We may give space and meet them with loving care to arrive step by step in a place of relaxation, strength and vitality.
The means that support us are yoga (asanas), breath (pranayama), Meditation (Dhyana), Silence (Mauna), Singing (Kirtan), bodywork, nature, good food, community and humanity.
These practical tools can be incorporated into your everyday life to keep and use the newly gained power of the retreat in your life.
The yoga classes are free from pressure to perform and yet challenging. They move between calm, alignment-based Hatha and powerful, dynamic vinyasa yoga.
To prevent overwork, a little yoga experience is an advantage.
Steven has experience as a non-medical practitioner for psychotherapy and group dynamic processes.
