To accept the world as it is instead of how you want it to be. To connect and communicate with an open heart and trust your intuition. Meditation is one of the tools we use to see and accept our habitual patterns. Being happy comes from within.
In the world today we are under pressure to act “normal”. Many times denying or suppressing our emotions. Sometimes forced to project an untrue image of ourselves. The Dalai Lama stated: “We need an education of our hearts”.
Lidia Hofma started meditation more than 30 years ago in the tradition of Shambhala Buddhism. She taught and was a meditation instructor for a long time, including 4 meditation courses of 1 month. Lidia is also certified in contemplative psychology & Rosen method.
She got inspired by all these deep inner work to develop her method of inner connection and acceptance of each persons life path, with an open and trustful heart.
