Just Be“: This phrase, along with the existential questions like “Who am I?” and “What is the meaning of life?” are undoubtedly the most difficult, yet important, undertakings we are faced with through the course of our lifetime.

These thoughts will make themselves heard at some time or another in either our conscious, or subconscious, and it is in our best interest to recognise, then accordingly act, by giving ourselves space and time, and allowing us to just be.

The ‘Just Be’ Retreat enables exactly that by providing the required space and time to explore these thoughts. The Retreat commences at the end of April in Portugal, where spring will already be well under way and you’ll get to soak up the first warm rays of the sun for the year.

You’ll finally have enough time to simultaneously undertake an extensive yoga practice, reconnect with your own life energy, as well as the opportunity to experience true peace and tranquility in the majestic location near the beautiful town of Porto. This is the perfect Retreat to leave the dark and depressing winter months behind you and move forward into the light and sun.

To begin each day you will take part in a Dynamic Yoga Session where you will unleash your strength and endurance followed by a well deserved breakfast with all the other participants. Breakfast is available to you up until midday.

The evening Yin Yoga & Meditation session starts before dinner, and counterbalances the rigorous morning session perfectly. In the evening session Anna Kalhammer is also there to give you the opportunity to work on your own personal practice, so if there are any particular poses you would like to improve, or learn, then this is your chance. The evening is also a great time to reflect, write, or mediate. The evening session is then directly followed by dinner, where you are treated to a delicious meal, which you can choose to accompany with one of the many, world famous, local wines.

This Retreat caters to anyone & everyone looking to leap into spring with Lightness & Positivity.

Anna Kalhammer

Anna loves and lives yoga, but traveling & collecting new experiences are among the most important things in her life. The love for movement started for Anna as a child where she danced, and this love of movement has accompanied her ever since, regardless if it is rock climbing, surfing or free diving, the most important thing is a new challenge. Yoga however is the rock that accompanies her throughout which provides not only stability, but also a sense of true happiness.

Anna created ‘Bali Flow Yoga’ which is a successful online Yoga platform that came to fruition while on a gap year traveling through Indonesia. The classes Anna teaches are flowing, creative & demanding.
