Just do yoga with Meret Hulliger & Mikel Hengeveld

Meret and Mikel will guide you through some powerful yoga sessions.
Meret’s dynamic, vigorous Vinyasa flow classes alternate with Mikel’s soothing yin classes.
You will experience a week of daily yoga practice and healthy, rich nourishment to
make your body feel strong and light & your mind calm and present.
You’ll wake up in the morning in the midst of nature’s wonders of rocks, olive trees
and waterfalls and kickstart your day with a 1.5-hr- yoga session, followed by a
fresh and healthy breakfast brunch.
During the day you can relax at the pool, use the beautiful walking trails, venture off
to the bordering national park to take in its enchanting waterfalls and towering
trees. If you miss city life, you can explore some of the nearby UNESCO heritage
villages and cities such as Porto, Guimarães and Braga.
A 1.5-hr-yoga session and freshly prepared meal will wait for you in the evening to
finish your day the way you want it. You will be able to connect with others or
indulge in solitude.
