A Retreat like this is a wonderfully touching and eye opening experience that will facilitate a deeper understanding and appreciation of your individuality. With sensitivity and care you will deepen a connection to your heart and learn to truly listen to your body, which you can then integrate into everyday life directing you towards a path of more self care, and a more sustainable existence.At the retreats core you have a Holistic Self Care System called ThaiVedic Yoga that not only teaches you beneficial techniques for mind and body, but also helps balance your life and free your untapped potential.

Throughout the course of the retreat Stefanie incorporates a variety of tools & techniques originating from both Yoga & Ayurveda backgrounds. These tools are designed to recharge your ‘Life Battery’ and give you skills you can easily incorporate at home.

This retreat is divided into two portions, Theory & Practical, and what you learn is yours forever and can be easily implemented in your life back home. There are no prerequisites in terms of yoga level to take part in the Retreat, just an interest in a healthy lifestyle.


Stefanie Summer has a variety of qualifications including Anusara Yoga Inspired Teacher, Mindful Yin Yoga Teacher and a Holistic Therapist using the ThaiVedic System. Stefanies’ heart beats for total Holistic Health & Self Care, not only for herself, but everyone. She has discovered that the combination of yoga, meditation & Ayurveda not only heighten body awareness & activate your bodies natural self healing powers, but also awaken an intuitive vitality.
