Silent meditation and yoga retreat with Esther Ekhart

Join Esther Ekhart for a restorative and inspiring week of Meditation, Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Inquiry.
This is an intensive silent retreat only available for students of Esther who already have done a retreat with her and want to go deeper or for people who are experienced with meditation and like to observe silence. There will be a maximum of 25 people on the retreat.
This retreat is designed to slow you down and restore and revitalize you on a very deep level. We will use meditation, pranayama, asana and silence as tools to do this.
Arrival is on Friday, Oct 4th, Departure is on Friday the 11th after breakfast. Both days are travel days.

10:30 – 12:30 · Discourse /Meditation / Hatha yoga / Vinyasa flow
13:00 – 15:30 · Lunch/Free time
15:30 – 18:30 · Meditation with short breaks in between
18:30 – 19:30 · Dinner
19:30 · Discourse and/or meditation
