In this retreat, the focus is on a practice that slows down your body, cleanses and gives you new strength.
A soft Vinyasa yoga practice in the morning and intense Yin Yoga in the early evening will help you. Yin Yoga stimulates all meridians in the body, releases blockages and allows the energy to flow unhindered again. Not only does this trigger a detoxification process, the whole system – physical and energetic body – can be re-established.
Look forward to a week in which you will decelerate, cleanse and reorient your body and mind in one of the most beautiful retreats in the midst of nature. In the north of Portugal, you will find a special place where you can fully embark on a journey inland.
