Yoga & animal flow retreat with Sascha Müller & Nina Krüger
October 3 - October 10
This Retreat is a perfect combination of Movement, Relaxation, and plenty of fun.
We are not going to make you roar like a tiger, or even sing Om, but instead we’ll practice while listening to modern music and sharpen our coordination and strength through the contemporary movement concept of Animal Flow. This will be counterbalanced by Yin Yoga and Mediation which includes gentle Fascial Stretching to release any unwanted tension from our muscles. You’ll also get to enjoy fresh smoothies made from locally grown fruits and vegetables, plunge in an Organic Swimming Pool, and take strolls along the golden sand beaches of the Atlantic.
Throughout the retreat your happiness will be the focal point.
A healthy and anatomically correct alignment of your skeletal system will accompany you every step of each of the yoga sessions, whereas Mantra Singing & Incense will not. Your comfort is the most important thing, regardless if you are Vegan, Vegetarian, Flexitarian, or Omnivor, whether you drink coffee or Tea, we just want you to be you, and we want you to listen to your body. Give yourself the opportunity for your mind chatter slow and to find stillness and serenity, as well as plenty of happiness, in your daily yoga practice, and in yourself.
Her Motto & outlook life, on as well as off the Mat, is “Grown & Flow”. In her yoga practice Nina combines her interests with her strengths, with yoga being not only a purifying balm for the soul, but also providing a solid base to work on oneself. All of Ninas’ students also profit from what has been dubbed the “Body Lifting Effect” that comes automatically when taking part in her active yoga sessions.
The drive and fascination for Sascha is the reward he gets by doing good unto others. Sascha is an internationally trained Master Instructor, taught to instruct other professionals, but instead choosing to positively alter the lives of others by hosting Retreats for beginners and intermediates that allow for a life-changing introduction to Animal Flow.
