Yoga strength fundamentals with some dynamic and fluid flows to enlarge your motor vocabulary.
The Body and Mind connection can be engaged through different ways of movement interpretation. With a very practical and intuitive approach, we ‘ll try to confer a new dynamic, functional and fluid attitude towards the Yoga practice.
During this first workshop, we will address the fundamental aspects of strength in Yoga, and we’ll cover it´s application in the practice. We’ll also look and present some ideas and ways of expressing the practice more fluid and dynamic, with a special focus on mobility.
