The Body Retreat is a 10 day retreat guided by Satya Katiza and Kevin Sahaj, for anyone who wants to deepen their practice and discover what it means to live a yogic life of awakening. The program is a transformational journey including different practices like Yoga Asana (Hatha, Vinyasa), Pranayama, Kriyas, Mantra, Meditation and yogic philosophy. You will also dive into the science of Ayurveda and its close relationship to yoga and the yogic lifestyle. Through the deep immersion in the teachings of experienced teachers Satya Katiza and Kevin Sahaj, you will come out as a different person, with a clearer understanding of yourself, your practice and your dharma – this retreat will literally transform your body, open your heart and blow your mind.
