We return to our beloved Portugal, between the Douro Valley, UNESCO world heritage, and the National Park of Peneda-Geres. The enchanting location which will welcome us was born specially to host Yoga retreats. The attention to detail from the property owners is tangible, you can breath it in the air, you can see it in the smallest details around every corner of the property, you can taste it at every meal.

Our stay will be surrounded by a quiet and peaceful atmosphere, away from the city caos. The format chosen for this edition combines Yoga and Meditation. Sound and live music will also be a part of our experience.
